Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Phi ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
In-App Purchases
Phi offers a one-time in-app purchase to remove ads. This purchase is non-consumable, supports Family Sharing, and can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policies.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to manipulate leaderboards or game scores through automated means or exploits.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, and code in Phi are owned by The Nerd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Fibonacci sequence itself is a mathematical concept in the public domain; our specific implementation and presentation are proprietary.
Game Center
Phi integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboards. Your use of Game Center is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We may remove or reset scores that we reasonably believe were obtained through manipulation.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Nerd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
